Mamma Corleone was born in the historic centre of Palermo, just a few steps from the Cathedral, in a characteristic alleyway of the 17th century, which represents the city in its traditions and culture.

Mamma Corleone is an actual Sicilian culinary studio, an ideal place where you can get to know and appreciate the authentic flavours of the traditional cuisine, which dates back to the ancient time but still can be found in our tables today. A journey that will lead you to flavors that will delight your palates. 

Step by step, in small groups, our “mamma” will guide you preparing extraordinary dishes with intense taste and smells of our land.
